Happy New Year from your Wardleworth Neighbourhood Policing Team

As we welcome 2026, we want to thank every one of you for your community spirit and support over the past year.

Together, we've made Wardleworth safer and stronger.

We aim to make the next year safer for our residents and will continue targeted anti‑social behaviour patrols

In partnership with Rochdale Council, borough-wide PSPOs are in force to discourage drinking in public, aggressive begging, illegal vehicles and other anti-social activities.

We’re part of Operation Tetbury the “Clear, Hold, Build” mission to reduce crime, keep offenders away from town centre and neighbourhoods, and support those needing help.

Children and teens involved in low-level offences are being guided into positive activities through local youth services, helping prevent escalation into serious criminality.

I would like to thank all the people who have attended our community events and have put all the effort into helping the local communities.
